Teodor is a key lawyer in the Employment Team, providing assistance on legal issues in the areas of labor and commercial matters. Additionally, Teodor is a passionate pleading lawyer, providing representation in labour matters throughout the entire country.
Highlights of his activity include assisting:
- representing the Romanian Financial Supervisory in important disputes following a major public restructuring at the end of which ASF was set up back in April 2013;
- assisting a major concrete manufacturer in several lawsuits initiated by employees dismissed for breach of conflict of interest;
- assisting various employers in complex internal investigations and disciplinary procedures, related to breaches of codes of conduct, conflicts of interest, unfair competition practices and other harmful actions causing damages to the employers;
- representing clients during various collective actions, including collective negotiations, consultations regarding dismissals and strikes;
- a major waste management operator in all matters related to employment law, including disciplinary investigations, reorganizations and collective and individual conflicts;
- providing day-to-day employment law assistance to companies, regarding implementation of new procedures, support during individual negotiations with employees and legal interpretation of new regulations.
