Our assistance includes advice from a corporate and finance perspective on the restructuring of the shareholding of one of the leading software solutions companies part of the group, through a leveraged buyout financing transaction and the refinancing of certain existing debts of such company;
assisted a major international banking group in relation to the financing of an indirect acquisition transaction in connection with two Romanian software companies;
